DECONSTRUCTION COACHING

Deconstruction Coaching is a 1-hour session dedicated to safely unpacking, questioning, and releasing beliefs, doctrines, and programming that no longer serve you—especially around religion, spirituality, and identity. In this space, you get to tell the truth about what you’ve experienced, name your doubts and wounds, and begin separating your authentic self from the fear, guilt, and control that were placed on you.Together, we explore how old teachings, church culture, family expectations, and karmic patterns have shaped your mindset, relationships, and self-worth, and we start rebuilding from a place of freedom, sovereignty, and direct connection to the Divine on your own terms. This session is for you if you’re leaving or healing from Christianity or any rigid belief system, and need grounded, compassionate support as you deconstruct the old and step into a new way of being.
